What you’ll be doing...
Network Supply Chain has an opening for an Associate Director of Inventory Control to lead the team responsible for Auditing and Field Support for the South and West RAN markets. This position will support forward and reverse RAN Network delivery models that simplify processes, reduce Construction in Process inventory and manage our current assets throughout their lifecycle. The position will be responsible for leading high profile projects and functions that cover inventory of over $5B.
The Associate Director should be well versed and have hands-on experience with supply chain operations, planning, inventory management, key metrics, and ERP systems/reporting. The ideal candidate will possess experience and knowledge of RAN Network equipment, various location types, processes and a background in analyzing and modeling large data sets from disparate sources.
This role requires extensive partnering with Network teams as well as a variety of stakeholder groups across the Network organizations including General Contractors. Significant leadership experience and demonstrated success in driving cross-functional process improvements is a must. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to data analytics, cost modeling, General Contractor/supplier management and significant stakeholder engagement.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

- Developing and delivering Sr. Leadership level presentations and program status.
- Identifying opportunities in material tracking for the Network build.
- Collaborating and driving internal process standardization.
- Publishing Network Directives to establish clear processes and ensure compliance.
- Partnering with stakeholders on strategic opportunities to improve the end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Leading and influencing cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of transformative programs Benchmark existing BAU service levels through KPIs and drive improvement.
- Identifying, defining and developing data requirements related to supply chain performance and financial measures.
- Developing project cost modeling and business case inputs.
- Leading communication and change management activities associated with new initiatives.
- Tracking Construction in Process (CIP) inventory for both Hardware and Software.
- Establishing holistic Audit & Scanning requirements for General Contractors & Network Assurance at various location types.
- Training stakeholders and measuring physical audit compliance across markets and location types.
- Streamlining Returns and Harvest opportunities in partnership with the field and Reverse Supply Chain teams.
- Locating and decreasing overall Lost/Research equipment.
- Managing General Contractor functions and performance across 900 GC’s.
- Onboarding and maintaining an active users base in ERP.
- Working closely with Regional Distribution teams for warehouse and logistics operations.
You'll need to have:
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training..
- Experience leading a team.
- End-to-end Supply Chain experience.
- Experience leading projects and driving results.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Experience with strong competency in Supply Chain and Installation Services management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning Systems, Tableau Dashboards.
- End-to-end Supply Chain experience with demonstrated ability to manage inventory improvement initiatives with a focus on turnkey services.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of output.
- Proven program management success.
- Strong Project Management abilities.
- Ability to apply data analytic techniques to pinpoint opportunities and design and implement strategic initiatives.
- Network programs experience (RAN, Core, Access, Transport).
- Experience and vast knowledge of Network processes and best practices.
