What you’ll be doing...
The Chief of Staff will be responsible for developing internal and external communications, project managing strategic initiatives, budget planning and reporting across the group, and lead the development of numerous executive presentations in support of the VP of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop executive presentations for internal and external meetings including Group Review’s, All Hands, speaking engagements, etc. This requires very strong presentation prep skills, strategy and ability to think strategically.
- Manage agendas, communication and meeting materials for all leadership and SVP/VP staff meetings and site visits, webcasts, town hall events.
- Create and manage team communication, employee engagement and Pulse Survey action plans.
- Develop ideas, act as a sounding board, and be proactive regrading what needs to be done and when.
- Help leader prioritize their tasks and appointments.
- Managing and tracking organization headcount and staffing (including contractors) to meet financial targets.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive employee engagement and recognition, including marketing the work of the team and impact to the business.
- Design and develop programs that drive operational excellence across marketing, including process improvements, location strategy, and talent transformation and development, working with HR business partners.
- Handling the budget cycle process and helping managers to prepare their budget.
- Develop mitigation plans to ensure budget targets (including revised targets) are met.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Three or more years of experience in creating, coordinating and facilitating communications programs for executive teams.
- Experience presenting and creating presentations.
- Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, or Google Suite applications.
- Project management and analytical skills.
- Experience performing ad-hoc analysis/functions.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A Master's degree.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Possess a high level of initiative, independent decision-making with ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to be effective in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen including experience with forecasting, trending, and budget analysis.
