What You'll be doing...

The digital organization is growing! There has never been a more exciting time to join this dynamic team, as we shape the future of Verizon's digital home sales strategy (Fios & FWA). In this role you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive digital funnel performance through performance management, site analytics, promo tracking and gap closures. If you're an analytical marketer who is passionate about building strong partnerships that drive high impact outcomes, this role is for you.

In this role, you will transform data into meaningful and actionable insights to support data-driven decision making within the organization. You will gather and analyze data, create and maintain reports to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.

• Leading digital funnel analysis to understand pressure drivers and share insights and recommendations with leadership
  
• Leading analysis and tracking for in-market promos and impact on digital sales
  
• Engaging with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Media, Merchandising, RTM & MarTech to align actions to maximize media & sales funnel performance
  
• Partnering with the Media team to track Demand Gen performance measurement
  
• Partnering with Site Experience teams to size the impacts of Experience changes on Sales trends
  
• Working through gap closure sizing and impact assessment to help alleviate month/quarter sales gap pressure
  
• Closely monitor digital data health, escalate data /tagging issues impacting measurement and work with key stakeholders for quick resolution
  
• Ensuring trackers are up to date for performance measurement and reporting
  
• Supporting with ad hoc analysis and data pulls for executive reporting
  
• Supporting with backend data warehouse processes to facilitate weekly/monthly target upload processes
  
  

What we're looking for...

You are a detail oriented, highly analytical, results driven professional with storytelling abilities that is highly motivated and thrives in a fast paced environment.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  
• High proficiency with Excel / google suite for analysis and reporting
  
• Understanding of digital sales funnel and performance drivers
  
  

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• An MBA or higher education degree in Business, Data Analytics or Digital Marketing.
  
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics
  
• Understanding of digital media, measurement and analytics either in a business, agency or consulting organization.
  
• Experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, operate with autonomy & tenacity to deliver results in a complex, fast paced environment.
  
• Experience navigating multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.
  
• Ability to develop presentations and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
  
• Well-developed teamwork, collaboration, and cross functional leadership skills.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $178,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
