What you’ll be doing...
We are looking for a creative strategist and graphic designer to lead the Retail sales experience creative strategy. This role will be responsible for the creative direction and strategy for a variety of Retail strategic programs that drive sales performance. This includes outlining the strategic vision, defining goals, communicating requirements, creating enriching copy, visualizing and creating graphics including motion graphics, illustrations, logos, animations, short-form video, infographics and more. This person should create strategies that inspire, attract and capture the attention of the target audience and communicate the right message. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and showing amazing attention to detail. If you can strategize, communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
Creating and managing the creative strategy for the Retail and Partner Management organization.
Strategizing with partner teams to develop plans/designs to support various launches.
Designing sales tools for the frontline teams including infographics, tables, graphs, flyers, etc.
Designing assets for social media platforms and email communications
Establishing creative direction for the organization within brand guidelines.
Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and performing under pressure.
Ensuring all assigned projects are completed on time.
Performing retouching and manipulation of images to ensure they meet team standards.
Writing of video scripts for various projects, including launches, employee features, etc.
Copywriting for various multimedia programs/projects, including Instagram, appreciation cards, digital billboards, graphic titles/ headers, launch guides, etc.
Performing Light video production, editing and support; animation/motion graphics and dynamic GIFs.
What we’re looking for...
You thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple deadlines where different challenges arise all the time. A creative visionary that sees the big picture, thinks outside the box and is constantly coming up with new ways to wow our audience, with a proven track record of success, is the most sought after.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design or related field.
3-5 years of experience in creative marketing and/or graphic design.
4 or more years of experience in communications and/or marketing.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects) or comparable software.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master's degree.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Experience with following corporate brand guidelines.
Experience with Google G-Suite, SmartSheet and Tableau data visualization.
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
Excellent eye for detail, organization and time management.
Exceptional verbal, written skills and presentation skills.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.Salary : $114,000 - $212,000
