What you’ll be doing...

Global Network & Technology FP&A Team

Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers. The Global Network & Technology Team position offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while growing your FP&A leadership and interpersonal skills. You are considered a business partner and your contributions will make a difference. You’ll become involved in, but not limited to expense management and related system design and administration, business case development, monthly expense forecasting and analysis.

• Be a valued business partner to Network Engineering. Providing additional research and analysis for the monthly reporting, business plan, commitment view, best view including recommendations for management reviews.

• Creating draft of ad-hoc analysis generated for the business client.

• Finalizing monthly analyses of business trends and budget variance of financial results and key performance indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions.

• Conducting initial strategic business analyses. Building the outline and/or update profitability/costing models.

• Leading business cases for small to medium sized initiatives across network engineering

• Communicating with partners in a clear and concise manner.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.

• Three or more years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Strategic Finance, data analytics tools (Qlik), SAP or Peoplesoft ERP systems

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.

• Knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.

• Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.

• Good communication skills and ability to focus on the details.

• Prior business case experiences preferred
