What you’ll be doing...
As a Cslt II Spec in the Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Global UCCaaS and VCMT solutions for all segments of Verizon customers. You will facilitate planning, design, scheduling and implementation meetings and tasks between VZ engineers, customer resources, various VZ teams and Third Party Vendors. You'll produce standard project management documentation and provide status to customers and Verizon management. You'll proactively identify risks and issues, and develop solutions to resolve issues. Finally, you'll transition the customer from implementation to operational support with Verizon Day 2 teams.
- Develop a project plan to include standard project documentation, such as OAI's and project schedules.
- Facilitate technical discussions between VZ engineers and customer contacts.
- Manage multiple global resources to ensure their deliverables are completed on time.
- Drive billable Change Orders for scope changes to SOW's and SOR's.
- Forecast revenue and resource allocation.
- Manage project financials by approving timesheets, monitoring scoped hours used, triggering NRC and MRC billing.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience with UC / VOIP implementations.
- Knowledge of UCCaaS, Verizon Calling with MS Teams, VOIP, MPLS, CPE.
- Presentation experience with executive level customers.
- Willingness to work after business hours and weekends, as needed, to support customer site migrations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Even Better if You Have:
- CAPM, PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in Global telephony implementations.
- MS Project Fluency.
- Experience with SmartSheet collaboration tools.
