What you’ll be doing...
You'll be on Verizon Business Group’s digital product team focusing on the User Acceptance Testing. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lead is responsible for developing and executing testing to ensure results align to requirements and use experience expectations. This role is an enabler of Wireless Business Sales for the Verizon Business Group. This individual will collaborate and communicate frequently with other Testers or members of the technical and business solution teams. This individual must possess an understanding of business processes and capabilities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Test Planning - Create, Maintain, manage and enforce Test plan.
- Analyze and communicate production risk.
- Create and present the project highlights to the QA team and other stakeholders.
- Gather the acceptance criteria from the product team to understand the parameters for their evaluation.
- Share the acceptance criteria with the team and work with them on collecting or creating UAT test cases.
- Train the product team on testing the application, as needed.
- Collect metrics based on overall testing statistics.
- Collect details about the overall project- its successes, areas of improvement, lessons learnt, best practices implemented, etc and present them in the project retrospection meeting or document.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- UAT or testing experience.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience creating and executing basic SQL queries.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience in TELCO and ECommerce
- Adobe Analytics (or similar) knowledge.
- Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and making recommendations.
- Organizational skills to share clear requirements to cross functional teams, organize project teams and report deliverables.
- A demonstrated team player who can effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously within tight timeline abilities.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.
