As our next Enterprise Sales Recruiter, you will partner with the Enterprise Sales Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!
Recruiters must be US-based & willing to travel from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process by keeping a strong pipeline and building close relationships with the most sought out enterprise sales talent on the market.
- Develop strong partnerships with the Enterprise Sales Leadership team to collaborate during the hiring process.
- Use many platforms to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates.
- Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Sales Organization.
- Value creativity, innovation, collaboration and process amongst your team and the organization.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving creative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels.
- Track, document and manage candidate communications in Lever (ATS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of successful full-cycle sales recruiting experience - Enterprise, Majors or Sales Leadership focused is a must.
- Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start up environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and top performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) & GoodTime.io (not required, but nice to have).
