Branch Manager - Vermeer

Are you a customer focused problem solver? Vermeer All Roads in Colfax, NC is searching for a strong leader to be our new Branch Manager. You will make an immediate impact by overseeing the service department, parts department, controlling costs, creating customer relationships, and assist in setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives. Additionally, you will address the concerns of customers and ensure that all service work is performed efficiently and effectively. This opportunity offers a base salary plus commission and benefits.

• Monitor the parts and service department’s performance
• Continually observe and mentor employees to enforce good habits, and to ensure "Exceptional Customer Service" at all times.
• Communicate and dispatch service work to technicians, assist at the parts counter as needed
• Maintain and build customer relationships.
• All other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 75 lbs.
