Associate Director of Campus Operations Programs
NON-BARGAINING UNIT GRADE 15
BASIC FUNCTION
Provide leadership, coordination and oversight of Vermont State University Campus Operations programmatic elements including lease and contract management, internal services supports like fleet and mail and overall system and business practice establishment, implementation and continuous improvement.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Direct supervision received from the Director of Campus Operations or the Assistant Vice President of Campus Operations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Direct supervisory responsibility for various programmatic areas of Campus Operations including staff for administrative support, mail, fleet and client/customer management, support, and relations as it pertains to lease partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience leading and managing in a complex business environment, that demands the balancing of many diverse needs on a continuous basis or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Location: One of Vermont State University’s campuses. Travel will regularly be expected to all 5 primary campus locations and our additional ancillary nursing site distributed around the State. Remote work will also be an option at times.
