VSHA is seeking applications for a Site Manager each in Central Vermont and White River Junction. The Site Manager is responsible for the operation and day-to-day management of an assigned residential property portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting orientation with new residents, move-out inspections, and rent collection for late and delinquent accounts. In addition, they will investigate/mediate lease violations, incident reports, resident disputes and grievances.
