JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for horses and drivers on the racetrack.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Responsible for the safety of drivers and horses on the racetrack.
- Responsible for communicating between drivers and judges.
- Prepared in case of an accident during the course of, before, or after a race.
- All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Experience riding horses along with harness racing knowledge.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience as an outrider.
Salary : $25,900 - $32,800
