Position Description: *
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service web-based systems.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Ideal Customer Service Representatives are excellent communicators, proactive, analytical, solution-focused, and able to juggle many projects and customers. The best CSR's take customer service personally; can develop long-term, positive relationships; and focus on what is mutually beneficial for all parties.

Principal Responsibilities: *
- Maintain customer account relationships by providing the highest level of service through order placement, timely follow up of service requests, and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of web site navigation and customer ordering platforms.
- Receive and manage multiple requests via email.
- Accurately enter and edit product order details in ordering platforms.
- Research and resolve discrepancies using multiple web-based platforms/systems.
- Additional duties as assigned by management to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications: *
- 2 years in Customer Service (Preferred)
- High school (Required)
- Customer service experience in a web-based environment (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptability to changes in workload, systems and processes with resilience and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow written policies, procedures and guidelines, and give feedback to leadership
- Must possess deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and remain detail oriented
- Outlook, Word, and Excel knowledge (Preferred)
- Experience with Email, Phone, Web Based Portal
