The Software Support Representative must have a strong desire to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers. This position will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong work ethic, take personal pride in your work, and enjoy speaking with current and prospective clients on the phone. This will also require the handling of confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and good judgment. The successful candidate must possess a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think outside of the box.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer support calls and forward them to available technicians
- Schedule product demonstrations and installations
- Board new clients
- Assist with customer monthly billing
- Call customers after installation to ensure satisfaction
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements/Qualifications
- Two to three years of proven success as a Support Representative in a technical industry
- Ability to prioritize time-sensitive calls, emails, and daily tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Compose professional emails to existing customers and new prospects
- Relationship-building and time management skills
- Work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and utilize several different software applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
