Description
Essential Functions:
1. Oversee daily advanced services operations of active project. Determine operational requirements based on customer needs, determine resources needed, establish operational priorities, ensure financial objectives are being met, determine training needs based on forecasting and technician advancement objectives, review project scopes and provide scheduling.
2. Manage Mechanical Integrity IDMS system in a high paced environment.
3. Ensure services are delivered on time while meeting and exceeding quality requirements of the customer and ensure job execution is in accordance with the company’s quality standards, policies, procedures, and expectations.
4. Ensure all company policies are being driven and address deficiencies when needed. This includes quality, safety, and operational policies and expectations.
5. Work directly with dispatch personnel to ensure jobs are being scheduled properly with the correct personnel based on certifications, experience, and training requirements. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of field technicians and assistants. Provide technical support and knowledge to field personnel of the work activities and expectations based on customer requirements and requests.
6. Ensure quality is being met and exceeded by performing on-site visits with both the customer and field personnel. Quality performance audits, safety audits, and client relations shall be maintained and evaluated weekly.
7. Review T&M reports to ensure accurate billing of work performed. Review final invoicing prior to submittal and maintain accuracy and timeliness.
8. Ensure data archiving and report review is maintained within department guidelines.
9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote positive customer service attitude both internally and externally.
10. Review employee utilization weekly and ensure that all expectations are being met or exceeded based on company requirements.
Job Qualification Requirements
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. 10 plus years of experience with a background in Mechanical Integrity.
3. Strong knowledge of PCMS and data management.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
5. Possess a current API510 and API570.
6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment will be required at the time of hire.
7. Must have knowledge of applicable code; AWS, ASME, API, etc.
8. Must be able to successfully complete company certification requirements. Maintaining certifications will be a priority.
9. Must possess strong leadership skills
10. Must be proficient with office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
11. Must be self-motivated and proactive. Ability to perform job duties with minimal oversight.
12. Must have excellent communication skills, oral and written, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and company personnel.
13. Must be able to develop work instructions based on company procedures.
14. Must be able to maintain, organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks.
