Position Profile: Event Coordinator
Department: Events
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Status: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Event Coordinator will assist in the design and lead the implementation of event operations and logistics planning for all Versah Hands-on Courses and Tradeshows.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site planning, vendor management, logistics and overall event coordination for Versah Hands-On Events.
- Ensure supervision and execution of event operations for all events including event oversight and resource coordination as needed.
- Responsible for event recap notes.
- Maintain training equipment including cleaning, tracking and restocking.
- Book travel arrangements for Versah personnel traveling to your organized event.
- Prepare expense reports for upper management.
- Ability to travel to events (nights and weekends) as needed but at minimum once a month
