Implementation Analyst
Versatex, established in 2009, operates under our parent company, d.e. Foxx & Associates. Headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, the Foxx group of companies is minority-owned, employing over 2,000 people in nine states.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Project management for e-procurement, ERP, e-commerce solutions
- Experience in data analysis, scrubbing, and mapping
- Act as SME for all SaaS solutions
- Experience configuring software
- Experience writing and completing test scripts
- Experience providing post-implementation hypercare
- Create and update standard work/process documents
- Create and update learning management software, to include creation of video userguides and quizzes.
- Manage system upgrades – including learning about upgrades, documenting and completing test scripts, identifying and communicating issues associated with software upgrades
- Create and update standard workflows using Visio
- Collaborate with operations, sales, accounting, business development, leadership, and client to understand their needs and processes and ensure the software solutions fit their needs.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and software providers.
- Understand master data design and updates for all clients
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to software/tech support.
- Understanding of setting up & troubleshooting issues with cXML punchout, PO, and invoice integrations
- Knowledge of Ariba Supplier Network, Jaggaer, Workday, Oracle, and SAP
- Create reports, dashboards, KPI’s using excel or PowerBI.
- Configure solutions as needed
- Provide documentation and training on new tools, enhancements, upgrades Develop, plan, implement, and support SaaS systems in support of Versatex’s tailspend management program, to include e-procurement, e-commerce, CMMS, and ERP systems.
- Determines scope of the project, deliverables, and timelines. Sets deadlines and monitors progress for system implementation and ongoing support.
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future systems and requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Leads the design, development and implementation of new organizational processes aligned with Versatex’s operations including systems development and configuration.
- Support the operations team in all aspects of projects & processes including general project organization, day-to-day project management, and stakeholder communications
- Responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data as needed
- Conducts analysis, market research, and general research as required
- Prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and other relevant materials such as research, analysis, troubleshooting, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders and management
- Identify and implement technical and innovative solutions to accomplish team and company objectives
- Analyze projects and develop an effective strategy for completion * Recommend changes and improvements based on research or data findings
- Troubleshoot and correct systems problems.
- Serve as key contact and functional expert for all of Versatex’s systems and related processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
