Activities (most critical to least critical)
1. Respond to employee inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges in a timely manner.
2. Escalate problems to outsourced IT vendor to achieve issue resolution.
3. Manage and oversee service issues and requests with outsourced IT vendor.
4. May support installs or upgrades of software or devices, set up user profiles, or re-set passwords.
5. Coordinate equipment, accounts, and credentialing for new employees
6. Assist users in obtaining access to systems.
7. Provide new user training on MS applications; SharePoint, Teams, Outlook.
8. Evaluate and coordinate IT needs of newly integrated companies.
9. Build out new companies in SharePoint.
10. Recommending ideas that improve day to day operations with the various companies.
11. Develop training materials and perform training sessions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
