Mandarin Hospitality Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Vertex Hospitality Group is a growing company, and we need someone to be the right-hand person to our CEO. We're searching for a Mandarin Speaking Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within our industry, preferably having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.
• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the company, including program management, operations management, and process improvement.
• Lead and implement change management initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor a team of senior leaders, providing guidance and support in their respective areas of expertise.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to optimize performance and productivity.

Salary: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Requirements:

• Restaurant management: 10 years (Required)
• Regional restaurant management: 5 years (Preferred)
