Your mission will be to exceed customer expectations set by our sales team while ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone to set expectations, schedule installations, and clarify project requirements.
- Review customer contracts to ensure accuracy in job-specific details.
- Create purchase orders for each job component.
- Order materials and coordinate their delivery to job sites.
- Collaborate with the team to continually enhance service quality standards.
- Track project phases to guarantee timely and successful completion.
- Ensure all installation documentation is accurate and complete.
- Update customer invoices and purchasing documents to reflect any changes from the installation process.
- Monitor production efficiencies and propose improvements to meet targets.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with additional tasks and assignments as needed.
Requirements:
