Position Summary
This position is responsible for reviewing client claims runs, obtaining approval from clients, ensuring funding obtained from client and reconciling back to system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor the Client Accounting mailbox on a daily basis.
- Log check runs received into an excel spreadsheet capturing key details
- Ensure receipt of funding and follow-up with clients to ensure completeness of funding inventory
- Generate daily managements reports on status of the check runs (by metric requested by management)
- Assist with or participate in ad hoc requests and any other responsibilities or projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- MS Excel experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Basic computer processing skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to find and correct errors
- Prioritization abilities
- Have a customer-service mindset
