General Position Summary:

The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for creating test plans and documenting all findings in a timely manner. The Quality Control Analyst will be required to utilize their communication skills to work with all relevant stakeholders through the project and ticket life cycles. This is a non-exempt full-time hourly position which will be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with additional hours as needed. This position is hybrid.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

· Creates test plans based off of business requirements for projects and tickets

· Documents all testing findings and tracks testing progress

· Assigns tasks to IT developers to fix bug tracking

· Responsible for Conditioning and Staging Accounts on Various loan servicing systems

· Measure adherence to the policies and procedures set forth by our clients, and by US regulations

· Exception tracking and reporting of policy guidelines to Department Managers;

· Follows up with management, including but not limited to, monitoring, and coaching to ensure established goals and objectives are being met.

· Perform testing of new applications, programs and company initiatives as needed;

· Performing additional duties and responsibilities as required.


Position Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent;

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word &Excel;

· Excellent written and oral communication skills;

· Flexibility to adapt to changing environments;

· Excellent decision making and problem solving skills;

· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism;

· Ability to work with minimal supervision;

· Maintain accurate documentation and be able to communicate with other departments in a professional and effective manner.

· Strong attention to detail


Physical Requirements:

The work is of an intellectual nature. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is required to stand and sit for prolonged periods. Specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal sounds, distinguish sound as voice and communicate through human speech. This position requires the ability to operate a keyboard, computer mouse, telephone, fax, copier, writing tools, and other standard office equipment. On an occasion, an employee will be asked to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.

Salary:

$21.63-$28.85/hour
