What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Specialist position at Veryable?
Are you an energetic, highly creative digital marketing professional looking to make an impact at one of the hottest B2B startups in the industry? Veryable is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You’ll need to have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time role based in Dallas, Texas, and reports to the Marketing Director. Please note, remote applications will not be considered.
What you'll do:
- Plan digital marketing calendar and execute distribution across all channels, including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence (organic & paid)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Perform SEO research, review analytics, and leverage our marketing database to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the creation of landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify and implement conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Participate in website development projects and possess the ability to work with the web team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate and make recommendations for future campaigns to drive results
What you need to succeed:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or 2 years of equivalent experience coordinating marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Understanding of optimization practices for landing pages and user funnels
- Understanding of A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and social media analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Semrush)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills
- Up to date working knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
