Vesta Drapery Hardware is a small family-owned and operated company looking for a warehouse associate to assist in warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for pickup.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Examine inbound and outbound shipments.
- Utilize FedEx and UPS shipping software.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive and unload incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Warehouse or shipping experience a plus.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks is preferred.
- Familiarity with chop saws is preferred.
- Team player with organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
