Handy Man
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in commercial properties
- Identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, pipes, lines, etc.
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks and repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
