Responsibilities:

• Have strong customer experience skills greeting and assisting all customers.
• Have strong communication skills and work well with crew members, supervisors, other assistant managers and store managers.
• Cashier experience with the ability to reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Help lead shifts, motivate crew members, assist with interviewing and training new hires, and manage other tasks required in the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Must have leadership, management, or supervisor experience to be eligible for shift leader hire.
• Previous Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Store manager background to be eligible for Assistant Manager or General Manager hire.
• Fast food is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply and be considered for the position.
• Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,057.67 - $65,000.00 per year
