Tool Crib Attendant
Duties:
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools and equipment in the tool crib
- Issue tools and equipment to employees as needed
- Receive returned tools and equipment, inspect for damage, and ensure proper storage
- Keep accurate records of tool transactions using data mining and AS400 software
- Collaborate with the supply chain management team to procure necessary tools and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Assist with data collection and data visualization for reporting purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized tool crib area
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Proficient in using AS400 or similar inventory management software
- Ability to analyze data and perform data mining for inventory purposes
- Experience with contract management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting purposes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in retail management or e-commerce is a plus
