Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, variable hours to work with student’s schedule

Support functions in our virology laboratory. With on-the-job experience, the student may take on more responsibility and independence. Duties will include:
· Maintain cell lines in culture.
· Prepare plasmid DNA from bacteria.
· Transfect cells with plasmid DNA.
· Run protein gels and western blots.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED AND at least 6 months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
