Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design control systems for continuous web handling machinery to the sold specifications.
Will work on primarily design/drafting related tasks with the guidance of a Sr. or Staff Project Engineer
May oversee the work of other design engineers and works with other members of the engineering staff to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner.
Provide backup support for assembly, purchasing and field service related questions and problems
Drive commonality and design for manufacturing.
Integration of all components into the general arrangement drawing
Participate in Project Teams for contract and project design review meetings.
Travel up to 10% for customer visits, vendor meetings, and start-up’s as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Awareness of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 management system
