We are seeking a Wash and Detail Specialist to join our dynamic team at Stotz Equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and quality of our equipment through professional washing, detailing, painting of steel parts, waxing, buffing, quality control checks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for lot organization and online presentation for our sales department.
What You'll Do
Professionally wash and detail tractors to ensure they meet dealership standards.
Power washing for long periods of time on agriculture equipment
Paint steel parts that are damaged or scratched, ensuring a seamless finish and appearance.
Buff and shine equipment to enhance their luster and protection against environmental elements.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure tractors meet the highest standards before delivery to customers.
Manage lot organization to optimize space and presentation of inventory.
Capture high-quality photographs of tractors for online listings, ensuring accurate representation for the sales department.
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in performing tasks and managing workload effectively.
