Job Description:
As an Administration Assistant/level 3 officer, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with office organization and will be working out in the field to cover level 2 and level 3 through the week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Requirements/Experience:
-level 3 guard card preferred
-Previous experience in the security field
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
