Rose Lane Home is looking for an LPN or RN to join our team as an Infection Prevention/Staff Development Nurse! Through the development of a strong personal relationship, provide an atmosphere that promotes comfort, safety, a sense of well-being and above all, dignity in life, while providing excellent nursing services that exceed customer expectations. You will be part of a highly respected team of caring and skilled individuals who are committed to making quality service a way of life. Your daily efforts and dedication will help our facility provide quality care and service to our residents. A qualified nurse will have an active Nebraska nursing license and an active CPR certification. Everything you do in your role as an Infection Control Nurse should reflect the mission, vision, and values of Vetter Health Services.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage resident and team member infections.
  • Manage resident and team member vaccination program.
  • Complete required infection control reporting.
  • Maintain and track team member license/certification renewal dates.
  • Organize team member education.
  • Coordinate CPR/Code Drills.
Requirements:
  • Must be an active LPN or RN.
