Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Planning As the Supply Chain Planning Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Van’s Global Supply Chain long-term planning process (Multi Horizon Planning), Global Footwear MOQ process, and analytics on key Supply Chain initiatives. How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Work cross functionally across Vans network of supply chain partners to create and execute our 3-year supply chain strategy. Identify potential risks or opportunities such as production expansion, retraction, geographical shifts among others to drive changes for our supply chain, while tying back to our Vans brand strategy. Coordinate with Sourcing as well as regional and global supply planning to ensure our Global Minimum Order Qty (MOQ) is executed accurately and in consideration of a surcharge budget. Work with these teams to support other team Supply Chain initiatives including speed programs, local for local production, complex style seasonal forecasts and others. How you will do it: To succeed, you will utilize both relationship building and strong analytical skill sets to drive decision making that ensures functions are integrated and aligned across all regions while executing the Multi Horizon planning process. You will strive to optimize the MOQ process and other initiatives through developing a clear understanding of the end-to-end demand/supply/sourcing translation process. What success looks like: You will have the opportunity to drive Van’s long-term planning process Globally, supporting and executing the 3-5 year planning process creating data driven analysis and recommendation Collaborate across finance, demand planning, supply planning, logistics and sourcing to ensure that our strategies support Vans’ growth and long-term business plans Communicate with Product leadership around MOQ risks and opportunities at a style and category level as well as Supply Chain regarding sku efficiencies, process improvements, and budget tracking Develop analysis for senior management to review and enable decision making. Aggregate supporting data and analysis across functions and evaluate messaging. Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 years Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
