This position is located in Parsippany, NJ. All Candidates must live within 30 miles of Parsippany, NJ

Our Construction Project Manager is the keystone of our projects, seamlessly bridging the gap between vision and reality. With a firm grasp of the intricacies of each project, they lead with clarity, ensuring every project unfolds on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Planning & Strategy:
• Gather and articulate each projects vision, define and communicate clear project SOWs, and establish budgets, cost codes, and timelines.
• Oversee all stages, from creating comprehensive SOWs to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with architectural plans, quality standards, job specifics, and material selections.
• Project Execution (Scope, Budget, & Timeline):
• Prepare, monitor, and proactively adjust budgets and schedules, ensuring projects remain on time and within cost boundaries, making real-time adjustments for maximum efficiency and increased profitability.
• Direct day-to-day operations on all active projects, solving challenges, removing bottlenecks, and streamlining our processes.
• Quality & Safety Assurance:
• Lead, manage, and maximize our Resident Construction Scholar to ensure we consistently deliver on workmanship quality.
• Champion the highest standards of workmanship and ensure regular quality assessment throughout projects with 3SDs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines.
• People & Resource Management (Teams, Trade Partners, & Suppliers)
• Hire, ensure quality onboarding, and retain our team of A-players.
• Continually grow our bench of qualified trade partners.
• Continually increase and optimize our supplier network.
• Continuous Improvement
• Regularly review and refine our construction management processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in planning, executing, and delivering projects effectively, with a focus on expertise in construction scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong skills in budget preparation, cost estimating, and financial tracking to ensure projects remain on track.
• Expertise in selecting and managing third-party services and supplies.
• Proficiency in CRM, project management software, and the Google/MS Office Suite to streamline project management tasks.
• In-depth understanding of contracts, terms, and negotiations to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated by challenging goals and scaling projects to achieve success.
• Detail-oriented, pays meticulous attention to plans, specifications, and fine details, ensuring the highest quality of work.
• A team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at team management and motivation.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, takes ownership of projects, and always looks for ways to improve and grow the business.
• An excellent communicator, effective in conveying ideas and information to team members, clients, and stakeholders both in writing and verbally.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full Time
• Starting salary at $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
