What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anti-Fraud Analyst position at VGW?

Due to major growth, we are expanding our PTS team in Manila and currently looking for an Anti-Fraud Analyst to join the team. 

The Anti-Fraud Analyst  is responsible for providing vital support to VGW by effectively identifying and mitigating any fraudulent activities from the player to minimize financial loss.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately review and action fraud alerts across VGW brands
  • Review multiple and related accounts to stop potential fraud rings, returning bad actors, and accounts in breach of our rules
  • Work with Game Integrity, Compliance, and Returns and Chargeback Management, and other PTS Teams to ensure accounts are fully investigated and actioned as necessary
  • Make recommendations for new or improvements to alerts, tools, procedures, and templates
  • Report any issues discovered with tools and reports when they are not functioning as expected

 

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in fraud processing is an advantage
  • Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to solve complex problems with minor direction
  • Being meticulous and showing close attention to all of the small details of the task
  • Demonstrate the curiosity and drive to get to the root of a problem
