Director of Home Care

As the Director of Home Care you will be based in the Bentley Village community in Naples and oversee all operations, clinical and administrative, of a single site home care agency with responsibility for improving the operations and profitability. You will provide the leadership to develop and implement high-quality and cost-effective home care services directing day-to-day operations of the department to achieve clinical, financial, and operational goals. As the home care expert, you'll participate in the strategic planning and development of the home care business and review and analysis of the effectiveness of the total Bentley Home Care program.

Qualified applicants are required to possess 10 years or more in progressive leadership and management roles with substantial experience establishing standards and implementing programs and systems for all aspects of operating a home care agency and 1 year home care management experience. Must be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with all home care Federal, State and Local licensing and accreditation requirements and regulations. Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree in Nursing or related health care field a plus. Interest in geriatric nursing as evidenced by coursework, seminars, or other professional activities is required. Nursing Certification in a related nursing specialty is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in various reporting tools and become proficient in McKesson Horizon home care software. Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
