Via Brasil Steakhouse in Las Vegas known for its exceptional dining experience, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager at Via Brasil Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our All You Can Eat Style Churrascaria restaurant and upholding our commitment to providing top-notch service to our guests.

Duties:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, cash handling, catering events, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to restaurant management standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders, to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in coordinating kitchen activities and liaise with the Assistant Manager to optimize efficiency.
- Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards and timely service.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Skills:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in shift management, cash handling procedures, catering operations, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and the ability to assist in overseeing kitchen activities.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and restaurant service protocols.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 50 per week
