Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food items
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Adhere to restaurant policies and guidelines for efficient operations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in bussing or restaurant operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Culinary or food service experience is beneficial but not required
