Mid-size, multi-state law firm looking for an administrative assistant with event planning experience to assist attorneys in our Meridian, Idaho location.
Job Functions
Primary Responsibility - Administrative Assistant: Answer and transfer phone calls; order goods and supplies for the office; and support staff and attorneys as directed. This may include receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and opening new files, including conflict checks.
Secondary Responsibility - Event Planner: Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, assist with day-to-day event planning/marketing needs in the ID office; review all requests for and distribution of marketing materials; preparation for and attendance at forums, seminars and conferences; monitor client and third-party contacts and communications, including social media and website for all Idaho marketing events.
Position Qualifications:
Post high-school education; 50 wpm required; excellent phone and email communication skills; organized and with an eye for detail. Candidates with experience in law office and / or marketing will be preferred.
Comp depends on experience.
