Our law firm is looking for a Compliance Officer to manage compliance of our clients with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). This person will oversee adherence to the new filing requirements for our clients. The position will also include monitoring additional updates to any changes in rules and regulations set by the federal regulators.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Review and approve client CTA filings in accordance with federal requirements
  • Communicate with attorneys and client contacts to ensure resolution of all filing deficiencies
  • Incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage filing deadlines

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Solid leadership skills

This position requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have previous compliance experience, preferably in a legal setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
