What you’ll learn and do?

At Vialto, we have a growing demand for employment law questions, related to global mobility but also standalone legal questions. That’s why we are expanding our team with a legal associate. Together with a team of (senior) associates, you will work on various client assignments related to the employment of staff in Belgium and abroad. You will assist clients to meet all their obligations while employing people in Belgium or seconding employees abroad. This not only concerns employment law related questions linked to international employment, but also standalone employment law or social security related advice to our clients.

We are looking for candidates in the following locations: Antwerp, Diegem or Ghent well knowing that you will work with colleagues from all over the country.

Qualifications

Who you are?

• Master's degree in Law
• Graduating this academic year or have up to two years of experience in employment law and social security advice
• Natural team player with every intention to build an interesting and challenging career.
• You have strong communication skills and are client oriented.
• You are well-organized, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English.
• You are looking for a fun and great place to work.
