Assembly Operator 1st Shift

Assembly Operator Join our team and produce products that save and enhance lives! Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; Full Time. Starting at $18 to $20, depending on experience. Position Summary: The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating equipment used in the manufacturing of products. The operator will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. New employees are eligible for the following benefits effective date of hire! ·         Perfect Attendance Bonus valued at $800 annually (prorated based on start date) ·         Medical, dental, vision benefits, and much more ·         Company-paid life insurance and disability benefits ·         17 days of paid time off (pro-rated) and 10 paid Holidays Position Responsibilities: ·         Adheres to company safety policies and programs such as Personal Protective ·         Equipment, Incident/Injury Reporting, Hazard Communication and Labeling. ·         Project time management. ·         Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality. ·         Maintains documentation and paperwork to include accurate counts of parts. ·         Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately. ·         Performs other related duties as assigned. ·         May help train new employees as required. Qualifications ·         High school diploma or equivalent. ·          2 years of assembley experience and/or training. ·         Must be able to read blueprints. ·         Detail oriented with an ability to solve problems. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints
