The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for building and executing the strategy to enable customers to succeed and grow in their business using Viant’s software.
This person will lead the national team from a traditional customer coverage model to an innovative, dynamic customer success (CS) model. The measures of success will be Viant’s customers’ engagement, adoption, expansion & retention, and the ability for customers to take advantage of its full suite of innovative solutions. Ultimately, this role has direct impact on profitable growth at Viant by providing exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle including pre-sales, delivery and post-sales support.
