Community Team Lead

Job Description

The Community Team Lead is responsible for managing and leading a team of community managers and moderators. The Community Team Lead will work closely with the Community Manager to develop and implement community engagement strategies, manage community events, and ensure that the community is a safe and welcoming space for all members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of community managers and moderators
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Manage community events and initiatives
  • Ensure that the community is a safe and welcoming space for all members
  • Monitor community activity and respond to member inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that community needs are met
  • Track and report on community metrics and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in community management or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with community management platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
