Developmental Disabilities Nurse - LPN or RN
Weekend Day Shift (every Saturday or Sunday) /12-hour shift: 7am-7pm
LPN: $28-$29/hr
RN: $35-$36/hr

Responsibilities may include:
· Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care such as Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support.
· 2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.
· Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN.
· Maintaining a safe patient environment.
· Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients.
· Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
· Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
· Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.
Requirements for this position include:
· Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
· LPN or RN license.
· Nursing experience preferably within Home Health or Disability Services specialty.
· Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
