Responsibilities may include:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate performance improvement, regulatory compliance strategies and all quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify, plan and executive activities to promote patient safety and to ensure compliance.
- Work collaboratively with our hospice leadership to develop performance improvement plans.
- Establish quality assessment standards and identify quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits.
Requirements for this position include:
- 3-5 years of hospice experience preferably within QA.
- RN license is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of hospice regulations including ICD10 coding and other related documentation.
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
