Job Description
The Communications Coordinator synchronizes the internal communications for all initiatives that support and enhance the multi-channels of communication used to maximize exposure and engagement for diverse customers. This position works with program developers and health education teams to ensure successful execution of communication strategies. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, creativity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, editing skills, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work well as a collaborative team member.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the delivery of ViaroHealth communications including websites, apps, email, mailings, social media, blogs, and all other applicable platforms
- Coordinates the delivery of collateral materials such as print and digital marketing materials, signage, company-branded items, and other communications based on brand guidelines for both ViaroHealth and existing customers
- Maintains contact lists from various vendors, customers, and client sources and regularly verifies and curates the database to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identifies and selects audience groups for tailored campaigns, and develops and executes communication plans to engage targeted groups according to the unique preferences and needs of those audiences
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in content creation, content management, marketing, or advertising
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and social media management tools
- Proficiency in creating marketing/communication collateral utilizing Adobe or Microsoft products
- Experience with WordPress preferred
- Experience with video editing and video/audio production preferred
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Must have interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Must be reliable, motivated, and organized
- Exceptional verbal and written/editing/grammar skills
