THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Concierge Guest facing customer service, check guests in via iPad, assist with gift bag stuffing and distribution, answer misc. guest questions, mixture of sitting and standing during the shift Wayfinding Staff Guest facing wayfinding staff, help direct guests to hotel, parking shuttles and festival entrance, answer misc. guest questions, will be on their feet for entire shift Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.
