As a member of the event team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of events by providing logistical and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, clients, and attendees with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Distribute event materials, promotional items, and any relevant information to participants.
- Ensure the smooth flow of the event by addressing any on-site issues or attendee concerns.
- Provide support to event coordinators and managers in managing event timelines, schedules, and activities.
- Assist in managing registration tables, checking in guests, and distributing name badges or passes.
- Help with catering services, including setting up refreshments or meals and ensuring the area remains clean and organized.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry event equipment or supplies (up to 30 lbs).
