Seeking hard-working, professional fine dining server. Must have weekend availability.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of the fine dining experience.
- Liquor, beer, and wine knowledge & pairing.
- Current bar card.
- Works well with others.
- Works well under pressure.
- Able to multi-task & stay organized.
- Great personality.
- Physically able to go up and downstairs.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Full availability a MUST
Responsibilities :
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Retain knowledge about wine and spirits and specialty food items.
